Beauty Hub Sydney™ • Plamere® plasma fibroblast

Plamere® plasma fibroblast – precise skin tightening, wrinkle softening & contour refinement.

Plamere® plasma fibroblast is our high-precision treatment for localised skin laxity, etched-in lines and contour refinement. Using tiny plasma arcs at the skin’s surface, we gently contract and tighten targeted areas — perfect for hooded lids, fine lines around the mouth, texture concerns and subtle refinement when used in expert hands.

How Plamere® plasma fibroblast works

Plamere® plasma fibroblast uses a controlled electrical arc (plasma) to create micro “dots” on the surface of the skin. Each dot causes a tiny, precise contraction of the surrounding tissue and stimulates fibroblasts in the deeper layer to produce fresh collagen and elastin.

We use the Plamere® plasma device — a TGA-listed plasma technology in Australia — to target small zones with high accuracy while respecting the surrounding skin.

By placing these dots in specific patterns, we can tighten and lift targeted areas, soften etched-in lines and refine localised contours without cutting or removing skin.

What we can treat with Plamere®

At Beauty Hub Sydney™, Plamere® plasma fibroblast is used for targeted, localised work where detail and precision matter most.

  • Upper eyelids (non-surgical “eyelift” for mild hooding).
  • Lower eyelid creping and fine lines.
  • Crow’s feet and smile lines around the eyes.
  • Smoker’s lines and barcode lines around the mouth.
  • Perioral lines, lip border definition and subtle “lip flip” effect.
  • Nasolabial and marionette line softening.
  • Neck rings and crepey areas on the décolletage.
  • Small areas of crepey skin on tummy, knees or arms.
  • Selected benign lesions (e.g. skin tags) when clinically suitable.

These results are 4 weeks post-treatment — early healing has settled, and collagen remodelling is underway.

4-week global improvement

Refined texture, softened etched-in lines and improved firmness. The skin looks more compact and even, especially around high-movement zones.

Smoother, tighter skin at 4 weeks

Noticeably firmer skin with reduction in fine lines and creping. Better tension, smoother texture and improved skin quality are visible across the treated area.

Additional refinement: This client also received Plamere® plasma along the nose (bridge + sides) during the same session for subtle smoothing and tightening without altering her natural features.

Individual results vary. Treatment plans are always customised.

Hooded upper lids
Upper eyelid hooding Plamere® plasma fibroblast dots are placed in a pattern across the upper lid to create a gentle tightening and lift, helping to reduce mild hooding and open the eye area without cutting or removing skin. Best for early–moderate laxity.
Under-eye creping
Under-eye fine lines Very controlled, low-density Plamere® work can improve crepiness and fine lines beneath the eyes by stimulating collagen while being mindful of this delicate zone. Often paired with supportive skincare and/or LED.
Crow’s feet
Crow’s feet & smile lines Plasma arcs are used to contract the superficial skin around the outer eye, softening etched crow’s feet and improving overall firmness so makeup doesn’t sit in the lines as easily.
Smoker’s lines
Perioral “barcode” lines Plamere® plasma fibroblast targets tiny vertical lines above the lip, encouraging collagen remodelling and smoothing. When combined with hydrating treatments or injectables (with our nurse partners), it can significantly freshen the mouth area.
Neck lines & crepey skin
Neck rings & crepe texture Carefully spaced Plamere® work over neck bands and crepey patches can support tighter, smoother skin when combined with good barrier support and sun protection.
Texture & pores
Texture, pores and fine lines By creating a controlled micro-injury and stimulating fibroblasts, Plamere® can help refine texture, minimise the look of enlarged pores and smooth fine lines in selected areas.

Plamere® plasma fibroblast FAQs

A quick overview of the most common questions. Your therapist will always assess your skin, healing tendencies and goals before approving you for treatment.

Who is a good candidate for Plamere® plasma fibroblast?
Ideal candidates have mild–moderate laxity or etched-in lines in localised areas, are not prone to keloid scarring or abnormal pigmentation, and are prepared to follow strict aftercare and sun protection. Very dark skin tones may not be suitable due to increased pigment risk.
How many sessions will I need?
Some clients are happy after one Plamere® session; others benefit from 2–3 sessions spaced several months apart, especially for deeper lines or more pronounced laxity. We’ll map this out for you in consultation based on your skin and healing.
What is the downtime like?
Expect visible dot marks, redness and swelling in the treated area for several days. Tiny carbon crusts then form and naturally shed over 5–10 days. Strict aftercare, no picking, and diligent SPF are essential to minimise complications and pigment changes.
Does Plamere® plasma fibroblast hurt?
A topical anaesthetic cream is usually applied beforehand to keep you comfortable. You may still feel heat or a stinging sensation during the treatment, but it is generally well tolerated when numbing and proper technique are used.
How long do results last?
Results are long-lasting but not “permanent” in the sense that we all continue to age. Many clients enjoy improvement for several years, especially when they maintain healthy skincare, sun protection and supportive in-clinic treatments.
